HP Inc. has rolled out a new suite of innovations within its workforce solutions division, aimed at empowering businesses to foster growth by enhancing the personalization and satisfaction of employee experiences.
In a statement released on Sunday, the company disclosed its plan to broaden access to its Workforce Experience Platform, providing IT managers with advanced tools, data, and insights to help maintain employee connectivity and productivity.
For clients preferring HP to oversee their IT infrastructure, the company has launched sophisticated monitoring solutions and worldwide access to its Managed Collaboration Services, which proactively tackle issues before they disrupt employees. “We are positioned at the convergence of two significant trends—AI and flexible work—which are making substantial impacts on our daily lives,” noted Dave Shull, President of HP Workforce Solutions.
“At the same time, employees are seeking deeper fulfillment, while organizations are striving for heightened productivity. Our Future-Ready portfolio of software and solutions is designed to support businesses during this transition.”
The Workforce Experience Platform, which has been in a private beta phase for three months with over 270,000 devices enrolled, is now available at no extra charge to new or renewing HP Proactive Insights customers in the U.S.
According to HP, this platform incorporates new functionalities that empower customers to monitor, secure, and manage both printer and PC performance on a large scale. Key features include AI-enhanced fleet management and employee sentiment analysis, aimed at reducing IT support tickets and lessening employee downtime through proactive anomaly detection and customized recommendations.
HP also introduced a pioneering out-of-band remediation service, which allows for remote assistance with complex PC issues, even in instances where the device cannot boot. This service, expected to launch later this year in North America and the EU, aligns with HP’s initiative to cater to the needs of hybrid workers, ensuring they receive comparable support remotely as they would in a traditional office setting.
