The political camp associated with Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has explained the absence of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from the Osun State governorship election.
The development comes as political parties and candidates make final preparations for Saturday’s governorship poll, with the PDP not fielding a candidate in the election.
The Wike camp maintained that the party’s absence from the ballot was linked to the internal crisis that has affected the PDP and its leadership structure.
