The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has celebrated Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu on her 58th birthday, describing her as a symbol of excellence, service and commitment to national development.

In a congratulatory message, the group praised Ojukwu’s contributions to diplomacy, public service and the promotion of Igbo cultural values. Ohanaeze noted that her career has reflected dedication and professionalism in different capacities she has served.

Bianca Ojukwu, a former Nigerian ambassador and public servant, has played roles in diplomacy and national affairs before her appointment as a minister in the federal government. Her experience in international relations has continued to attract recognition from political and community leaders.

Ohanaeze described her birthday as an opportunity to acknowledge her achievements and celebrate her impact on society. The organisation also wished her continued success and good health as she continues her service to Nigeria.

The celebration comes as Ojukwu remains a prominent figure in Nigeria’s political and diplomatic space, with her family’s historical influence and her own public service record continuing to attract national attention.

Political observers say the recognition of influential public figures such as Ojukwu reflects the importance of experience, diplomacy and community engagement in Nigeria’s leadership landscape.

As Nigeria continues to navigate political and social challenges, stakeholders have continued to emphasise the need for leaders with commitment to service, unity and national development.
