Popular Indian businessman Ratan Tata, who passed away at 86, has made headlines for leaving a portion of £91 million to his dog, Tito, in his will.

Ratan
Tata, credited with transforming Tata Group into a global powerhouse, ensured unlimited care for his German shepherd, showcasing his deep affection and care for his dog.

While Ratan Tata was never married and had no children, people anticipated that he would leave his fortune for his siblings.

Contrary to prediction, Ratan Tata prioritized his dog (Tito) over his siblings, Jimmy Tata and half-sisters Shireen and Deanna Jejeebhoy. His butler, Konar Subbiah, and cook, Rajan Shaw, also received significant portions to continue caring for Tito.

A friend
of Ratan Tata, Suhel Seth, described these provisions as exceptionally generous, securing their financial futures.

Ratan Tata’s will reflects gratitude for joy and care received from pets and closest aides, rather than mere wealth display.
