In a significant step towards strengthening grassroots engagement, Hon. Dr. Obinna Simon PfD, popularly known as MC Tagwaye, yesterday welcomed the Women Leader of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in AMAC, alongside the Assistant Women Leader and the 12 Ward Women Leaders, at his office.
The meeting served as an opportunity for the women leaders to express their appreciation for the warm reception and to brief Dr. Obinna on their ongoing mobilization efforts across their respective wards. They shared insights on community outreach, voter education, and strategies to further energize the party’s presence at the grassroots level.
In response, Dr. Obinna introduced his personal Women Coordinators to the visiting party leaders, fostering a spirit of unity and shared purpose. He emphasized the critical role of collaboration and synergy in driving effective coordination, ensuring that the SDP remains a strong and organized force ahead of the upcoming elections.
“This partnership is key to our success,” MC Tagwaye remarked. “When we work together across all levels, we build a movement that not only speaks to the people but truly represents them.”
As preparations for the 2026 AMAC elections gain momentum, the engagement between MC Tagwaye and the SDP Women Leaders signals a renewed commitment to inclusivity, grassroots empowerment, and strategic planning
