Professor Hassan Ajisafe Advises Tinubu to Reconnect with Nigerians

Professor Hassan Ajisafe Saliu, National President of the Political Science Association of Nigeria (PSAN), has urged President Bola Tinubu to urgently reconnect Nigerians to his government, demonstrating patriotism to the country. He describes Tinubu as an unfortunate president who inherited misgovernance’s accumulated consequences.

Professor Ajisafe criticized President Tinubu for only firing a few ineffective cabinet members instead of thoroughly evaluating and replacing the entire team.

He said, “Nigerians no longer have interest; they now believe the electoral process and elections are for the elites, no longer for them, unlike in the past when the citizenry contributed money and dedication to build up political parties because of their belief. Now they collect money from parties to attend rallies because of their renewed belief that political parties now belong to the few wealthy elites.”

He stated that party formations and controls are now completely in the hands of the government and the rich; “they call the shots, they determine what goes on. Imagine the situation where parties are completely in the custody of the governors; it is expected that membership is determined by him, not the party.”

Additionally, Professor Ajisafe  stated that Tinubu is too cosmetic in his approach to the issues that affect Nigerians.

He said, “The president is too cosmetic about his government; people expected him to reshuffle the entire cabinet and not just a few because the background on which some of them were appointed is not the kind that can fire Nigeria to the desirable level”.

“If he finds out that things are different from what he expected, heshould just change the narratives that would rejoin the citizenry to hisgovernment,” he suggested.

Professor Hassan Ajisafe Saliu urges President Bola Tinubu to personally observe the country’s situation to verify information from his aides, ensuring informed decision-making.

A Comprehensive Guide to Post Cycle Therapy

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) is a critical phase in bodybuilding and fitness regimens that helps maintain muscle growth,
recovery, and overall health. It occurs after a cycle of anabolic steroid usage or synthetic hormone
    therapy.

    What Is Post Cycle Therapy?

PCT involves strategically using anti-estrogens and other supplements to
flush out any excess estrogen or unwanted side effects from hormone therapy.
This process ensures that your body returns to a natural state while minimizing
    adverse effects.

    Is Post Cycle Therapy Necessary?

Yes, PCT is necessary for individuals who have used performance-enhancing hormones or steroids.
    It helps in恢复身体平衡,避免长期使用带来的负面影响,如脂肪堆积、肌肉萎缩和激素失调。

The Importance of Sleep and Rest during PCT

Quality sleep and adequate rest are essential during PCT to
support muscle recovery, hormone regulation, and overall health.
Poor sleep can hinder progress and lead to complications.

When should I start post cycle therapy?

PCT is typically initiated 2-4 weeks after completing a cycle of hormone
therapy. This allows the body enough time to恢复自然水平,减少逆向效应。

How long does PCT last for?

The duration of PCT can vary depending on the individual, the type of hormones used, and the desired outcome.
It is usually recommended to follow a structured plan for 4-6
    weeks after discontinuing hormone therapy.
