Routelink Group, a company focused on innovative tech solutions, has appointed Kevin Olumese as its Group Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing. According to a statement from the company, Olumese will be responsible for overseeing marketing and corporate communications across Routelink and its subsidiaries.

Before joining Routelink, Olumese was the Marketing Manager at Advantage Health Africa, an indigenous health tech firm. There, he contributed to product design, identified target audiences, and launched a new healthcare service aimed at transforming access for underserved communities in Nigeria.

He also held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at PalmPay Limited, where he led initiatives to improve brand perception and drive user growth.

During his 13 months with PalmPay, Olumese helped the platform gain over 10 million new users and nearly one million followers across social media. These achievements earned him recognition as “Brand Manager of the Year 2023” by the Nigerian Marketing Awards and a spot among the “Top 35 under 35 Marketing Professionals in Nigeria 2023” by Brand Communicator Magazine.

With over 11 years of experience in marketing and communications, Olumese has led teams in various sectors. He has previously served as Head of Marketing at DealDey in e-commerce, and as Marketing Communications and PR Manager at Infinix Nigeria.

Olumese holds a master’s degree in International Marketing and Management from Robert Gordon University in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.

In his new role, Olumese will spearhead the marketing strategies for Routelink’s payments and mobile divisions, RoutePay and FestMobile, aiming for their successful launches and long-term growth. He will also work to enhance brand visibility and corporate engagement for Routelink Enterprise Solutions.
