Treepz, the innovative corporate mobility startup in Africa, is gearing up to introduce an updated version of its mobility app designed to support one million daily commuters across the continent.

According to a statement provided by The PUNCH, the enhanced app, set to debut in Lagos on October 1, merges Treepz’s core services—Business Treepz and Rental Treepz—into a unified, user-friendly platform. This update is intended to cater to a wide range of transportation needs for both corporate clients and individual users.

Over its five years of operation, Treepz has achieved significant milestones, including a notable cross-border rental trip and partnerships with companies such as Parallex Bank and KingMakers.

Johnny Enagwolor, Co-founder of Treepz, emphasized the app’s potential in addressing Africa’s mobility issues, noting, “This achievement marks a significant advancement in our quest to transform transportation across the continent.”

Onyeka Akumah, Founder and CEO of Treepz, added that the app is designed to meet diverse needs, from business to personal travel, and encouraged Lagos residents to explore the new platform.
