The Taraba State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has dismissed allegations that it has imposed a governorship candidate ahead of the 2027 general elections, insisting that the party remains committed to a transparent and democratic selection process.
The party’s leadership described the claims as false and misleading, stating that no individual has been endorsed or chosen as the PDP governorship candidate for the next election.
