The Former Commander of the Force Intelligence Response Team, DCP Abba Kyari, has been granted two weeks’ bail by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Abba Kyari was granted bail to grant him access to return home and complete the burial rites of his late mother.
The court subsequently set Friday, May 31 for final verdict of his bail application in trial over drug-related charges filed by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA following his arrest over two years ago on February 14, 2022
Abba Kyari is facing drug-related charges currently which was filed against him by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
