According to Mohammed Idris, Minister of Information and National Orientation, President Bola Tinubu’s one anniversary in office will be quietly observed.

The Information and National Orientation’s Minister announced this during a World Press Conference on Wednesday to commemorate the event. He noted that this decision was made in light of the nation’s current situation.

The minister was joined by Senator George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Abubakar Bagudu, Minister of Budget and Economic Planning.

The Minister emphasized that the low-key celebration was a purposeful decision made in reaction to the current state of affairs in the country, highlighting the administration’s awareness of the difficulties facing the country.
