Governor (Sir) Sminialayi Fubara of Rivers State has put forward a list of nominees for Caretaker Chairman positions across the state’s 23 local governments. The Rivers State House of Assembly, led by Rt. Hon. Victor Oko Jumbo, is set to screen these nominees today. This development follows the conclusion of the terms of the previously elected chairmen and councillors in these local government areas. The nominated caretaker chairmen are:
