A Nigerian content creator, Oloba Salo, who is popularly known on TikTok, has been shot in the leg and hospitalized in Lagos.
Some eyewitnesses revealed that Salo was rushed to the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound. The online videos from Thursday show the TikToker surrounded by friends and family members in the hospital ward.
Details of the incident are still unclear, but sources suggest that Salo’s legs were targeted. The motive behind the shooting remains unknown.
This incident comes after reports of Salo’s arrest by the Nigerian police following four petitions filed against him. The nature of these petitions has not been disclosed.
Salo recently celebrated acquiring his first house in Lekki, Lagos and had also gifted his father a house. The content creator was previously robbed by hoodlums, who stole his money and car.
