A late-night accident which involved two Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) buses in the Iyana Ipaja area of Lagos has left multiple passengers injured. The collision occurred on the Lagos Abeokuta Express Way, near Danco Filling Station, within the BRT lane.
Nosa Okunbor who is the head of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), in a statement confirmed that no lives were lost in the incident, but passengers who were on both buses suffered various degrees of injuries. He added that all the injured passengers were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
