Idris Okunney popularly known as Bobrisky shared a post on his Instagram appreciating celebrities who gifted him.

Recall that Bobrisky was sentenced to prison on April 12,2024 and after spending 6 months in prison for naira abuse and his subsequent release in August 2024, Bobrisky has now publicly thanked the people who sent him money while in prison.

In a series of posts, Bobrisky expressed his heartfelt gratitude to those who provided financial assistance during his time behind bars.

Bobrisky wrote, “Few people that know me know I love to appreciate Favour. There’s dis popular words that say if you thank people who was there for you today you will get another one when you need them. God bless you all for standing up for dis little child God bless you. There are still good people.”

He revealed that Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Victor Osimhen, Tonto Dikeh, Eniola Badmus, Abu Abel, Yhemo lee and some others donated to him.

The money donated to popular crossdresser, Bobrisky has raised different reactions as some Nigerians question the motive behind the donations, calling it bizarre that an offender could be compensated for serving in prison.
