Aminullahi Mustapha, a former House of Representatives aspirant under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kebbi State, has officially defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC), citing the need to align with a political platform that he believes offers greater opportunities to contribute to the development of his constituency and the state.
