It was a day of joy, celebration, and thanksgiving as family, friends, and well-wishers gathered at 16 Philip T. Aduda, Wuye, Abuja, for the official album unveiling and dedication of rising gospel artist, Atasan Imo. The event, which took place today, was hosted under the banner of AfriSQuare Entertainment, the record label supporting the talented gospel singer.
The program began with an opening prayer, setting the atmosphere for a spirit-filled event. This was followed by the welcome address delivered by Engr. Kingsley Okafor, the CEO of AfriSQuare Entertainment, who warmly appreciated guests for coming to support the artist and the label. Praise songs filled the air, lifting the spirits of all present and preparing the ground for the much-anticipated unveiling.

Biography of Atasan Imo
Imo Udo Atasan, fondly called Atasan Imo, hails from Akpautong village in Esit Eket LGA of Akwa Ibom State, the land of promise. Born into the family of Late Rev. and Late Deaconess Ntebono Eyo as the last of ten children, he grew up with a deep passion for gospel music.
From a young age, Atasan nurtured his talent, becoming not just a singer but also a multi-instrumentalist, music tutor, and producer. His musical journey took him through Abuja, Nasarawa, and Plateau, where he honed his craft with dedication and hard work.
Though known for his calm and reserved nature, Atasan carries a presence that brings joy and laughter wherever he goes. His determination, creativity, and love for gospel music have shaped him into the artist he is today.
Today, he proudly unveils his debut gospel album, “The Altar Within”, a reflection of his journey, faith, and unwavering commitment to spreading God’s word through music.
The album unveiling drew much excitement, after which Atasan Imo thrilled the audience with live performances of selected gospel songs. Each performance carried a message of hope, faith, and inspiration, reflecting the spiritual purpose behind his music.
