Chronicles Software, a leading Nigerian technology solutions company, has announced a bold initiative to enhance learning outcomes for students preparing for their final secondary school examinations. On Tuesday, the company disclosed that it is offering free nationwide access to its flagship study and assessment platform, SuccessBOX.ng, for all Senior Secondary 3 (SS3) students. The initiative comes as students gear up for the 2026 WAEC and JAMB examinations, both of which are now fully computer-based.
According to Chronicles Software, the programme is designed to remove barriers to effective exam preparation by equipping students with digital tools that promote smarter study habits. The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Oluwatosin Oluwakoyejo, emphasized that SuccessBOX is not just a digital library but a comprehensive learning ecosystem. It offers interactive study materials, exam-style practice questions, AI-driven feedback, and performance analytics that allow students to track their progress and improve on weak areas.
“SuccessBOX.ng can support over two million students in preparing effectively for their examinations. By opening it to all SS3 students at no cost, we are breaking down barriers to quality preparation and empowering young people to succeed,” Oluwakoyejo said.
Launched in 2011, SuccessBOX has already impacted the academic journeys of over 1.2 million learners across Nigeria. Over the years, the platform has earned a reputation for providing curriculum-aligned content and personalized support, helping students excel not only in WAEC but also in JAMB and other assessments.
The platform gained national prominence during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, when schools were shut down weeks before WAEC examinations. In response, the Lagos State Government deployed SuccessBOX to support both JS3 and SS3 students, ensuring continuity of learning during the crisis. The results were remarkable: Lagos public school students recorded a 79 percent pass rate in WAEC 2021, a performance that earned Chronicles Software the Governor’s Platinum Award in 2022.
Looking ahead, Chronicles Software plans to celebrate the 15th anniversary of SuccessBOX in 2026 with a special reward programme. The company has pledged ₦10 million in prizes foroutstanding students and innovative teachers who excel through the platform. This move, the company noted, reflects its continued commitment to motivating excellence and fostering innovation within Nigeria’s education sector.
Beyond student support, SuccessBOX also offers resources for teachers and schools. Educators can access performance insights and analytics to identify struggling learners, target interventions, and personalize classroom instruction. Parents, too, are encouraged to engage with the platform to monitor their children’s progress and reinforce learning at home.
By making SuccessBOX free for SS3 students nationwide, Chronicles Software is demonstrating its resolve to democratize education and promote equal access to quality learning opportunities regardless of social or economic background. The initiative comes at a time when concerns about educational inequality and exam preparedness are widespread across Nigeria.
As the countdown to the 2026 WAEC and JAMB examinations begins, millions of Nigerian students now have access to a powerful tool designed to sharpen their skills, boost confidence, and increase their chances of success. Chronicles Software has positioned SuccessBOX not just as a study aid, but as a partner in the academic journeys of young Nigerians striving to secure a brighter future.
