Tunji Balogun, popularly known as Tee Billz and the estranged husband of Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage, has publicly criticized her manager, Vanessa, accusing her of contributing to the singer’s absence in their son Jamal’s life.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Tee Billz claimed that their son confided in him about feeling lonely, a situation he blames on Tiwa’s demanding schedule—allegedly orchestrated by Vanessa. He accused the manager of prioritizing financial gain over Tiwa’s responsibilities as a mother.
“I love the mother of my child. God will expose you! You only care about the percentage,” he wrote in the emotional outburst. “I hired you as a PR, and the mother of my child made you her manager. I’m not drunk or high. You’re a fraud. As lonely as Jamil confessed to me, you will never amount to nothing. I’m back! How are you a manager without a billboard? My son is so hurt not having his mom around. I’m guilty too, but respectfully, f*** you Vanessa.”
Tee Billz began the post by affirming his love for Tiwa and emphasizing that he was sober and aware of his statements. While the post was later deleted, it has sparked conversation online. So far, neither Tiwa Savage nor Vanessa has publicly responded to the accusations, and Tee Billz has not issued any follow-up comment or apology.
Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz were married in November 2013 and welcomed their son, Jamal, in 2015. The pair officially ended their marriage in 2018 after a highly publicized fallout that included allegations of infidelity and substance abuse.
