Nigerian hitmaker Kizz Daniel has announced a new release date for his highly anticipated EP, Uncle K. Originally set for release on November 29, 2024, the project will now drop on May 24, 2025, according to the award-winning artist’s recent Instagram post.
Uncle K is expected to feature guest appearances from Phyno, Runtown, and Victony, as Kizz Daniel prepares to deliver yet another hit-filled project. This new EP follows his recent single, “Pano Tona,” which features Adekunle Gold.
In 2024, Kizz Daniel expressed on social media his desire to collaborate more, explaining he was eager to step away from solo releases. This shift is reflected in the guest features on Uncle K. It will also be his second EP of 2024, following TZA, which produced chart-topping hits like “Twe Twe” and “Showa,” both of which reached the top of the TurnTable Top 100.
Uncle K is part of his Vado at 10 celebration, marking a decade of success as one of Afrobeats’ most influential stars. Since his mainstream breakthrough with the hit single “Woju,” Kizz Daniel has become one of Afrobeats’ most celebrated hitmakers. His career boasts iconic albums like his award-winning debut No Bad Songs and the acclaimed Barnabas. Among his many hits, “Buga” stands out as one of Afrobeats’ biggest global sensations, with fans worldwide recreating its signature dance moves.
