IVD Accuses Davido of Owing him N55millon for Venza Car

Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna, aka IVD, a wealthy auto-dealer and partner of Blessing CEO, has sparked controversy online after alleging that singer Davido owes him N55 million for a Venza car purchased for his aide, Isreal Afeare.

Blessing CEO was dragged online in 2023 when IVD clarified that Davido did not owe him N4.5 million, contrary to Blessing’s claims. She had alleged that IVD told her Davido owed him money, but IVD’s subsequent denial left her facing ridicule.

A leaked voice recording has surfaced online, in which IVD allegedly reveals that Davido paid only N1 million for a 2009 Venza valued at N6.5 million, which he purchased for Isreal DMW.

IVD claimed in the recording that he made multiple attempts to contact Davido, only to be asked for his account details, but never received payment. He also expressed disappointment that Davido didn’t show support during his difficult times, unlike Zlatan Ibile.

The audio recording, initially posted on Blessing CEO’s ‘Breakormakeup’ page, has since been deleted, leaving fans wondering if it’s an old or new recording, and sparking intense reactions.
