VeryDarkMan Recovers N78m, Investigates Stolen NGO Funds

Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has provided a significant update on the theft of N180 million from his NGO’s account.

Recall that VDM revealed on Friday, December 27,that over N180 million was stolen from his NGO’s account in a hacking incident which made many to question him.

In a recent video, VDM shared the results of a cybersecurity investigation, revealing that he has recovered N78 million of the stolen funds.

In the video ,VDM appeared troubled and hinted at the possible involvement of an insider in the theft. He expressed his gratitude to those who have supported him amid the criticisms and mockery he faced following the incident.

According to him, the investigation on his NGO’s website showed that hackers from multiple countries, including the United States and Nigeria, attempted to compromise the funds through various methods. He also revealed that he and his team are traveling to Ghana to investigate and apprehend those responsible for the hack.

VDM expressed his gratitude to those who contacted him about the hacking incident and vowed to expose everyone behind the hack. He also revealed that he had sleepless nights due to the incident.
