Nollywood Actress Anita Joseph has come out in support of Davido’s recent comment about Nigeria’s economy. Davido had advised Nigerians in the diaspora not to return home due to the country’s economic struggles.
According to Anita, if Davido had made a positive comment about Nigeria’s economy, people would have implied that he made such comment because he was rich. She emphasized that people would have criticized him regardless of his statement.

Davido’s comment had sparked controversy, with some criticizing him for discouraging foreign investment.
