Nigerian artist, Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rude Boy, has called out his twin brother, Peter Okoye, known as Mr P, on social media over alleged song theft. The twins were formally a duo known as P-square but were later dissolved.
Mr P(Peter Okoye) earlier took to his Instagram page to announce the release of his new song titled Winning.
In a post shared by his twin brother Rude Boy(Paul Okoye), on his Instagram page, he claimed ownership of the song, stating that the song is supposed to be released in his album by next year. He questioned the management and his brother about the release of the new song.
The post read, “Song title: WINNING Written and sang by RUDEBOY Produced by same producer. NOW HOW COME? NOW AM I SUPPOSE TO RELEASE ANOTHER VERSION? Mr Producer, your case is for another day.
“Just a simple thing: Bring 6 songs, let me bring 6 songs. I Submitted 6 songs to the so-called management. Why re-singing my own song? word for word. Song that was supposed to be in my album next year, June.”
In another post via his Instagram story he wrote, “The days of manipulation are over!!And to the management, make I hear any song wey na only me sing, I go release the original version.Oloriburuku!! Music is not that hard!!”
Anatomy of the Skin and Integument
The skin is the primary organ of the body’s integumentary system, serving
as a protective barrier against environmental insults.
It comprises two main layers: the epidermis (the outer layer) and the dermis (the inner layer).
Layers of the Skin
– **Epidermis**: The thin, outer layer composed of specialized cells.
– Stratified squamous epithelium
– Consists of multiple layers of dead, keratinized cells.
– Contains:
– Keratinocytes: Form the bulk of the epidermis.
– Melanocytes: Produce melanin pigment for skin color.
– Langerhans cells: Part of the immune system.
– **Dermis**: The thicker, inner layer composed primarily of connective tissue.
– Contains:
– Collagen and elastin fibers providing structural support.
– Blood vessels, lymphatics, and nerves.
The skin also plays a critical role in immune defense and wound healing.
