The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has left fans and stakeholders in anticipation, delaying an expected decision regarding the disrupted AFCON Group A qualifier originally set for October 15 at the Benina Martyrs Stadium.

The football governing body has yet to reach a conclusion, as reported by BeIN Sports. On Wednesday, CAF’s Disciplinary Committee held a virtual meeting to hear accounts from both the Libyan and Nigerian representatives.

Previously, CAF decided to call off the Libya-Nigeria game after the Nigerian squad reportedly exited Libya in response to their flight being redirected to Labraq Airport. Upon arrival, they were reportedly held there for 18 hours without access to food or water, prompting Nigeria to seek CAF’s intervention, describing their situation as detention within the airport.

CAF President Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that a full investigation is underway, adding that CAF is reevaluating the regulations for hosting visiting teams. He emphasized that CAF is committed to strict action and will not condone any misconduct in this situation.

The Perfect PCT Guide: Post-Cycle Support
    Essentials

    # Perfect PCT Guide: Post-Cycle Support Essentials

    ## Key Takeaways
Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) is a critical component of bodybuilding recovery
and performance optimization. It helps restore hormone balance after a steroid cycle, ensuring natural testosterone production resumes smoothly.

    ## Understanding Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)
    ### What is Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)?
PCT involves taking specific supplements post-steroid cycle to aid in recovery and hormone regulation. It’s designed to prevent glandular
suppression and support the body’s return to its natural hormonal state.

    ### Purpose of PCT
The primary goal of PCT is to restore endogenous testosterone
production, enhance libido, and maintain overall well-being after a cycle.
It ensures that the body doesn’t enter a hormone deficit state.

    ## The Importance of PCT
    ### Why is PCT important for bodybuilders?
For bodybuilders, PCT is crucial for maintaining muscle
mass and recovery. Without it, they risk
losing gains and experiencing hormonal imbalances.

    ## Perfect PCT: Key Components for Effective Recovery
    ### Testosterone Recovery
Supplements like Clomiphene Citrate and Nolvadex aid in restoring testosterone levels by stimulating the release of hormones from the hypophysis and adenohypophysis.

    ### Estrogen Management
High estrogen levels can negatively impact performance.
Aromatase inhibitors and selective estrogen receptor
modulators (SERMs) help keep estrogen in check, preventing
    gynecomastia and enhancing fat loss.

    ### Additional Supplement Support
Supplements like Tamoxifen, HGH, and IGF-1 can accelerate recovery and
muscle growth, aiding in the natural production of hormones.

    ## How to Implement a Successful PCT Protocol
    ### When to Start PCT
PCT typically begins 2-4 weeks after the completion of
a steroid cycle. Starting too early may lead to ineffective results.

    ### Duration of PCT
The duration varies based on the individual’s goals
and response. A standard protocol might last 4-6 weeks, with some extending it up to 12 weeks for enhanced recovery.

    ### Monitoring and Adjustments
Regular blood tests and self-assessment are essential. Adjusting dosage based on results ensures optimal effectiveness
    without causing side effects.

    ## Conclusion
Effective PCT requires careful planning and adherence to a structured protocol.
By focusing on hormone recovery and management, bodybuilders
can maintain muscle mass and prepare for future cycles with confidence.
