Blogger Martins Otse, aka VeryDarkMan, claimed Bobrisky paid ₦15 million to dismiss charges and additional funds for preferential prison treatment. Bobrisky denied these allegations. The EFCC and Nigerian Correctional Service have launched investigations.
NBA President Afam Osigwe demanded that culpable EFCC officers be dismissed and prosecuted. The NBA seeks transparent details on Bobrisky’s sentence conditions from the Nigerian Correctional Service.
