Strasbourg Secures Diego Moreira From Chelsea

Diego Moreira has finalized a permanent move to RC Strasbourg from Chelsea. According to an announcement released by Chelsea Football Club on Friday, the Portugal Under-21 international, who officially joined Chelsea from Benfica in July 2023, had made his debut for the first team.

The announcement also noted, “During the remainder of the season, Diego became a key player for our Under-21 squad, playing a pivotal role in helping the team reach the Premier League 2 play-off semi-finals, highlighted by his hat-trick against Arsenal.”

“Chelsea would like to express our gratitude to Diego for his contributions during his time with the club and extend our best wishes as he embarks on the next phase of his career.”
