Green Energy International Limited, the operator of Otakikpo Field PML11 in Rivers State, has been awarded the esteemed title of Best Indigenous Oil and Gas Company of the Year at the recently concluded NOG Energy Conference in Abuja. The company was lauded for its consistent innovation in integrating energy solutions within the oil and gas sector.
In addition, GEIL received the Best Exhibition Stand Design award at NOG, presented by the Minister of State for Petroleum (Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri. Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, commended GEIL for its ongoing innovation and expertise during his presentation of one of the awards.
Accepting the accolade on behalf of the firm, Ms. Eghonghon Oboh, the company’s secretary, expressed gratitude to the organizers for the multiple recognitions. She emphasized GEIL’s commitment to making a significant impact in the industry, highlighting the resilience and dedication of the board, management, and staff.
