Dayo Adewunmi, a veteran Nollywood actor best known as Sule Suebebe, has passed away.

The Yoruba actor passed away on Wednesday morning in the capital city of Oyo State, Ibadan, at an unidentified hospital.

The actor has been receiving care from well-known Ibadan clergyman Pastor Ademola Amusan, also known as Agbala Gabriel. Pastor Amusan revealed the news of the actor’s passing.

Agbala Gabriel posted a statement on his Facebook page announcing Suebebe’s passing: “It’s unfortunate that Baba Suebebe passed away this morning at the hospital.” I pray that his kind soul rests in eternal peace.

Suebebe became well-known last year after reflecting on his history and acknowledging that he had formerly lived a carefree life. The seasoned actor also received a new house last year from Gabriel, a young pastor well-known for his generosity.
