Belgian club Genk are reportedly weighing their options regarding Nigerian forward Yira Sor as interest in the player continues to grow.
Sor, who moved to the club a few seasons ago, is regarded as one of the talented Nigerian attackers in the Belgian league. Although his progress has been affected at times by injuries, he has still managed to show his attacking strength whenever he gets the opportunity to play.
The winger is admired for his speed, direct style of play and ability to operate in different attacking positions, qualities that have kept him on the radar of other European clubs.
Genk, who have built a reputation for developing young players and allowing them move on when good offers arrive, may be open to negotiations if a suitable bid comes in. However, the club is also said to value the player and could decide to keep him as part of their long-term plans.
As the transfer window draws closer, a decision is expected to be made on whether the Nigerian will remain with the Belgian side or seek a new challenge elsewhere.
